Yes !
The marvellous thing about the opensource world is the vibrancy and variety of apps available.
We only host apps which have an adequate level of support and maturity, and are vouched for in the community.


can I use yourapps.uk to "de-google" my IT ?

Yes !
That's exactly what we do, and one of the reasons we created yourapps.
Of course, there are other steps to take, but this is an excellent starting point.


how do I choose which apps to select ?

If you are not familiar with the apps available, tell us what you're looking to achieve, and we can suggest which can be best.


can I try out an app ?

Yes !
If you are under your plan's app quota, we can deploy another app to try it out.
If it works for you, great. If not, we can remove it so can try another. If you have reached your plan's quota, we can deploy an app on a temporary basis.
If you want to keep it, we can then swap out another app or you can upgrade your plan.


what is standard support ?

Standard support is included in all plans.
It is available UK standard business hours Mo-Fr 9am-5pm (excl bank holidays).
Standard support is up to 1 hour p.m., but we apply this loosely.
Support is usually delivered by chat, email or the support forum, and by phone where needed.
Support is for the yourapps platform, such as accessing the portal, configuring and launching apps and operational issues.
We do not directly support the apps themselves, but we're happy to give help and guidance on getting the best out of them.


what is support+ ?

Support+ is an optional addition to any plan.
It is available UK extended business hours Mo-Fr 7am-9pm, and weekends & bank holidays 9am-9pm.
Support+ is up to 2 hours p.m., but we apply this loosely.
Support is usually delivered by chat, email or the support forum, and by phone where needed.
Support is for the yourapps platform, such as accessing the portal, configuring and launching apps and operational issues.
We do not directly support the apps themselves, but we're happy to give guidance on getting the best out of them.


how do I pay ?

We offer online paymnet by credit/debit card or direct debit.
We encourage annual plans by giving 2 months free as it saves a lot of time and cost.


can I change plans after getting started ?

Sure. You can upgrade at any time, just drop us a line.
We adjust your plan entitlements and correct the pricing pro-rata.


can I "downgrade" my plan ?

Sure.
If you're paying monthly, we do that from the start of the next period.
If you have paid for an annual plan, we adjust the pricing to the monthly rate pro-rata and refund any balance.
